Die Maintenance & Repair

We can maintain and repair your tooling, even if it was not originally built by us. Services include sharpening a die section or punch. We can also replace a worn or broken component. Repair work may need to be done to the die set itself, such as replacing guide pins and/or bushings.We are confident we will be able to get you back up and running. A maintenance report will be provided documenting the services performed on your tooling.We will also maintain a record of all reports in order to establish a maintenance history, providing an important reference for future repairs.

If you require only one or a small quantity of custom parts, give us a call. We can mill, grind, turn or wire EDM finished parts to meet your specifications.

We fabricate custom gages in order to check parts during our in-house production runs. We can also make custom gages to assist you in your quality control. Typical I.D./O.D. and GO/NO GO gages will allow you to be more efficient during production at your facility. Early detection of out of tolerance dimensions, can prevent scrapping large quantities of parts, helping eliminate material waste and saving production time.
