Wire Forming

Wire forming is a unique process. We've designed and built tooling for numerous wire formed parts.  These parts are usually run in one of our various slide machines, depending on the diameter of the wire and blank length required. We've run .010" diameter wire in our custom #2 high speed machines and up to 3/16" diameter wire in our #4 machines.
